Refunds can be made if your journey is cancelled 48 hours prior to travel

To be eligible for a refund, your journey must be cancelled 48 hours prior to booking

You may need to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.

This does not affect your statuary rights
